Prefabricated g/b panels (except partitions), unplastered, unpainted.
Partitions between flat and staircase and partitions between flat and apartment shall comply with the sound class of the external envelope not lower than C according to STR2.01.07:2003
The walls of the common areas shall be skimmed and painted.
No internal partitions shall be provided.
WC partitions (where no g/b panels are assembled) – profile, wool, plasterboard on both sides, moisture-proof plasterboard on the WC and bathroom side.
Cement floor screed throughout the apartment. In the bathrooms, a mastic waterproofing is installed on top of the concrete screed.
The floor in the common areas is tiled.
