Seven Continents SMART Travel Club Membership Agreement

1. Parties

1.1. This agreement is entered into between Seven Continents SMART Travel Club, represented by Jordanas Pavtel, operating under the Certificate of Individual Activity of Permanent Resident of Lithuania No. 592608 (hereinafter referred to as the “Club”), and Client which completes the payment and provides their personal data through the Club’s website. (hereinafter referred to as the “Client”).

2. Acquisition of Membership

2.1. The Client acquires a Seven Continents SMART Travel Club membership by purchasing it through the Club’s website and filling out personal information via the Stripe payment system.

3. Membership Fee and Charges

3.1. The SMART Travel membership costs 499 euros as a one-time fee, while the VIP membership costs 999 euros as a one-time fee.

3.2. Additional administrative fees amount to €7 per month.

4. Membership Benefits

4.1. Membership entitles the Client to receive discounts, access to exclusive travel offers, and the right to receive commissions for personal recommendations.

4.2. SMART Travel Members can make a maximum of 500 recommendations after the purchase of membership and + 100 new recommendations per month. If they submit more than this, we do not guarantee that we will process the overage.

4.3. VIP Members can make a maximum of 1000 recommendations after the purchase of membership and + 200 new recommendations per month. If they submit more than this, we do not guarantee that we will process the overage.

4.4. The commission will be credited to your JPT account.
You can only earn JPT in our Club. JPT will not trade tokens on cryptocurrency exchanges. And crypto bots will not kill this token. You can buy all or part of a trip from our partners using JPT. Or cash on invoice. *Minimum amount of €500.

5. Personal Data and Consent

5.1. By providing personal data and completing the payment through the Club’s website using the Stripe payment system, the Client agrees to the terms of this agreement and undertakes to abide by them.

6. Term of the Agreement

6.1. This agreement becomes effective and shall remain in force from the date the Client makes the payment and provides personal information until the membership is valid.

7. Application of Similar Agreements

7.1. All terms and conditions of this agreement apply to any other membership acquired through the Seven Continents SMART Travel Club website.

8. Dispute Resolution

8.1. Any disputes or disagreements arising from this agreement will be resolved by mutual agreement of both parties to reach a mutually acceptable solution.

9. Applicable Law

9.1. This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

10. Amendments to the Agreement

10.1. This agreement may only be amended or supplemented in writing and only by mutual agreement of both parties.

11. Termination of the Agreement

11.1. This agreement may be terminated at any time by either party if the other party breaches the terms of this agreement.

12. Execution

12.1. This agreement is recognized as executed and accepted electronically when the Client completes the payment and provides their personal data through the Club’s website.

By this agreement, the Club and the Client acknowledge their consent and assume the obligations associated with the Seven Continents SMART Travel Club membership.
